Birthday Card.

It was my dads birthday the other week and I made him this A5 drawing and popped it on a plain card. Cards are boring and drawings you can take off the front are fun.

Hannya: The Hannya mask portrays the souls of women who have become demons due to obsession or jealousy.

Dancing At Angles.

I recently got commissioned to make a double-sided flyer for a new monthly event which will be happening in Norwich. The event is called Dancing at Angles and will be held at The Birdcage (23 Pottergate, Norwich) on the 1st August. There are three bands playing this first event,  Thieving Icons, Edenites, and Reno Dakota.
The flyer I have designed will be going to print this week, make sure you grab yourself one to get £1 off entry on the door!

Flyers will be handed out around Norwich in the next few weeks.

Zine pieces.

I was asked a few weeks ago to contribute two pieces to a zine. There was no theme, only that it would be printed A5 and black and white. I went with something I haven't done too much, but would like to get better at, small precise pieces of work in a Tibetan style. Here are the two pieces I made, may be up for sale as small prints soon.

Commission piece.

Today I started a long over-due commission piece for a relative. I am painting a black and gold Buddha using acrylic paint on a large scale canvas.

First part, the eyelid (the photograph looks brown but is actually gold and black shading).

So far so good.
