Sketchbooking.

This is the first update on the progression of my work during the summer. Here are a few things I've been doing this week in my newly made sketchbooks.

End of year exhibition.

I finished college last week and had my final exhibition for the two years I was there. I made two large skull drawings (4x A1), these drawings were done using watercolour paint, acrylic paint, oil pastels, watercolour pencils, coloured pen, ink, acrylic ink, and chalk. I also bound my own book of etchings, pressed leaves (laminates) and carbon paper drawings. I did this using the Japanese stab binding technique. I got a merit for my exhibition and have finally got the grades I need to get into uni! Illustration degree here I come!

Final major project.

Today I have been gathering ideas for my final major project at college (the last project I will do doing for this course!), here are some of the things I've done today.
